Idoso fica com o pé preso no trem na Espanha

Um espanhol de 85 anos ficou com o pé preso em um trem e caiu na plataforma de uma estação nos arredores de Madri, na Espanha. O acidente aconteceu em julho de 2022, mas as imagens foram divulgadas nesta quarta-feira (13) pelos advogados da família, que pedem indenização na Justiça.
O idoso, chamado Salvador, tentava embarcar na estação de Pozuelo de Alarcón quando o apoio de pés do trem se fechou, prendendo um de seus pés. Nas imagens, o trem começa a se mover enquanto o homem é arrastado pela plataforma antes de cair.

Com o impacto, a vítima sofreu ferimentos graves e perdeu dedos das mãos. Quatro meses depois, morreu no hospital.
Ignacio Montoro, advogado da família e sócio da Summons Abogados, afirmou em uma publicação nas redes sociais e ao jornal espanhol El Mundo que a morte do idoso foi uma “consequência direta” do acidente.
“Isso é comprovado pelos documentos médicos e pelo laudo pericial entregue ao processo, que aponta uma relação de causalidade certa e total com o sinistro”, afirmou Montoro.
A Rede Nacional das Ferrovias Espanholas (Renfe), responsável pela operação do trem, classificou a atitude do idoso como “temerária”. Segundo a imprensa local, a empresa alegou que Salvador tentou embarcar quando as portas já estavam em processo de fechamento.
A defesa da família contesta essa versão e sustenta, com base em provas técnicas de engenharia, que os sistemas de segurança falharam ao não detectar a presença do homem preso entre as portas automáticas.
Além disso, o advogado da família aponta um “evidente erro humano”, afirmando que o maquinista encerrou os procedimentos de operação de forma prematura e não agiu adequadamente diante da situação.
A família de Salvador tenta agora fazer com que a Justiça reconheça que a tragédia não foi resultado de imprudência individual, mas de negligência técnica e profissional.
A divulgação dos vídeos do acidente busca chamar atenção para o que os familiares consideram falhas graves no sistema de segurança ferroviário, enquanto a disputa judicial contra a operadora segue em andamento, de acordo com a imprensa local.
